The Bethesda Employee Benevolence Fund is designed to assist employees in a time of hardship. In a Christ-like manner and with a servant’s heart, we believe in providing a helping hand to our employees in a time of need.
As an employee of Bethesda you may qualify for emergency aid in the event of unforeseen medical expenses and property loss as well as other catastrophic events. Every employee is eligible on their first day of employment. Donations are accepted several ways. Employees can sign up for a payroll deduction. Anyone can donate online by clicking here.
