Yes, you can reapply even if you have previously received a grant from the benevolence fund. However, you may only apply once per category per calendar year.
Yes. If your donations to the fund exceed $250 in a calendar year, a statement of your contributions will be mailed directly to the address we have on file. All donations go into a general fund and cannot be earmarked for a specific individual or specific type of occurance
Yes, please provide as much information as you can during the application. The grant coordinator will contact the employee for further information to proceed.
The grant committee considers all information about grants personal and highly confidential. Your information is sent directly to the foundation and is never shared outside of the foundation. You, your supervisor, and anyone who assists employees with the grant submission process, are also expected to protect the confidential information.
